Best beer shop in teesside
Was bought some real ales and a very nice looking glass beer goblet from this place which when I opened up on Christmas day was unfortunately chipped in 3 places.I called today with a polite request to see if anything could be done...and was initially told to bring it in and they would look at it,(great) but then the owner/proprietor could be heard in the background telling the member of staff who I was speaking to that it was basically tuff luck once it had left the shop.Appalling customer service from the owner.(not the staff member I spoke to she was helpful)Trying to buy locally and put money into the local economy does not always pay off, and is obviously not appreciated. I can guarantee I will never shop here again.
