Excellent service from start to finish during a recent house move. The solicitor I used for my conveyance was Mr. Moran, he was very helpful and went above and beyond to explain the further details of what they were doing and what they were looking at during each stage. It was my first house move so I had lots of questions which were answered promptly and with a great level of detail. Very thorough service and I would highly recommend Merritts for conveyancing from my experience with them.

Nice to start with but if you ask questions seem to be quite abrupt rude at times.as if you shouldn't ask, very rarely spoke to solicitor was always secretary.never even met solicitor. Slow at sending mail,thought things were sorted then would ask for something else,still waiting for one letter.then was sent by email night before completing. what we have to print and return.
