Very poorCar went in for body work after someone hit my car. The insurance company stated for it to go into rmb yarm who quoted in region of 800 Where as Toyota main dealer who I purchased the car from new quoted 250 both garages needed the car for 4 days however after RMB had started work on the car they said they needed it longer as there was more work to do than they first thought. On collection of the car hand over virtually non existent couldn't give explanation for why it's taken longer and my windscreen had 5 chips which werent there when I took it in
Refused to blend in a bumper to the grill even though the bumper they had just sprayed was way different!! They are only interested in your money. Avoid!!
Bought quite a few of the families here and they are reasonably priced. I also use the MoT and service facility which is fair priced.

I've used this garage twice, and on both occasions they've failed to fix the problems which have resulted in the vehicle breaking down on both occasions. First was a coolant leak which they'd "fixed"... 2 weeks later, head gasket went as the coolant was empty (Admittedly we should have checked, but still). Second time they diagnosed a faulty Mass Air Flow sensor, and wanted to charge 370. The part is 70 and my 4 year old could have replaced it. I ended up cleaning it with a specialist cleaner for 8, but turns out that wasn't even the issue. It was an injection coil which failed on the motorway! Absolutely useless!!!
